The history of the enterprise Christian Dior began in the year 1946 as Christian Dior, a French mode creator, its mode house in Paris in the Avenue Monaigne opened. The enterprise expanded thereupon, 1958 operated Dior already salons in 15 countries. Christian Dior created thus a mode house, which was successful in the whole world. Dior is considered as a pioneer, was it first, the licenses for socks, Kosmetika and accessories assigned nevertheless. Since that time this marketing form was often copied. The tradition of the house for beautiful materials led to the creation of international labels for gloves, furs and decoration.
Dieor was taken over 1987 by Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy group. The artistic line holds Gianfranco Ferre for the moment the Italians.
The prime data areas of the enterprise are today: Christian Dior Couture, Champagner & wine, Brandy & liquor, mode & leather goods, Parfum & Kosmetik and retail trade.
